BSB Championship standings - Thruxton

A fifth and sixth win of the season at Thruxton sees Leon Camier stretch his lead in the British Superbike Championship standings to 38 points over James Ellison.

Matching the feat of former team-mate Shane Byrne in that he has won 75 per cent of the races so far this season, although two more wayward results mean his advantage over the competition isn't nearly as prolific, he remains easily the man to beat so far this year.

Ellison consolidates second following a pair of podiums, while Stuart Easton is pulling away in third now, 12 points up on fellow Honda rider Glen Richards, who is consistent if nothing else.

Two more strong results for Kawasaki's Simon Andrews lifts him from tenth to seventh, ahead of Gary Mason – holding firm in eighth – and non-scorer Chris Walker.

Further back, a maiden podium for Josh Brookes sees him clamber his way up to 15th in the standings, while Michael Rutter's return also sees him score his first points of the season on the Worx Crescent Suzuki too.
