Ducatis are competative in superstock trim as Smarty has proved but why would Phil Jessop prep a pair of 1198s at a cost of around 30k when he has alresdy got 2 x BMW 1000RRs at his disposal..

The phrase 'you lucky, lucky, bas.....' comes to mind here. The road version's bloody awesome. (1) With the 'little extras' (oh yes they have) bringing them up to superstock racing spec they'll be in two minds about having their Ducatis back :p (1) But even if it is cheap for what you get its still a 'kin lot of money.
