Pitt looking forward to Brands return

Andrew Pitt prepares for his first BSB event around a circuit he has previous raced on.
Andrew Pitt is looking forward to having some experience to rely on as he prepares for his latest British Superbike Championship round at Brands Hatch.

The Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit is familiar to the Australian following his tenure in the World Supersport and Superbike Championship.

Set to be his fourth event with the Motorpoint Yamaha team, Pitt is confident he can built on his current best BSB finish of eighth achieved last time out at Snetterton.

“This is the weekend I have been waiting for,” he said. “The circuits so far have all been new to me and quite tricky, but Brands is a classic fast circuit and one I really like.

“Rolling out the pit lane onto a track I know should be a lot easier than the weekends I have had so far! I know the boys are looking forward to this race and I hope I can do well for them all.”
