Pitt out of Cadwell

Andrew Pitt, who broke his collarbone at Brands Hatch on August 8, will not be fit enough to ride at Cadwell Park this weekend.

“After Brands and the crash I thought it may be a while before I could get on a bike but the surgeon did a great job and I'm back on my cycle training hard, he advised me to give it a couple of more weeks to make sure the bone has taken so I have listened to his advice," explained Pitt.

Dan Linfoot will thus be the only Motorpoint Yamaha rider on track at Cadwell, although Pitt will be present as a spectator.

"I will be in the garage helping Dan and the team and will be keen to get back on the bike for the next race at Croft," declared the Australian.

Agree with Apical...Andrew is a true professional and deserves to do well. He is dedicated and focused. Sure he'll be out to prove he's at his best again soon enough.
