Provisional 2011 BSB grid - UPDATED

The 2011 British Superbike grid continues to grow by the week - this is the updated list of entrants with two months to go before the opening round.
Less than a month ago, ran an article providing an updated entry list for the upcoming British Superbike Championship – but yet more announcements have served to ensure that even that is now well and truly out of date.

Indeed, the 2011 BSB series is shaping up to be an epic one, at least in terms of numbers, because while its world championship counterpart is struggling to muster 20-plus grids, its domestic equivalent is galloping over the 30-marker – and there is still two months before the season starts…

In all, the provisional entry list has 32 entrants – with Crescent Suzuki and Relentless Suzuki still to possibly add an entry each alone.

Following on from John Hopkins confirmed arrival, the headline-grabbers in the latest wave of signings include Michael Rutter and Martin Jessopp's return on the Ducati, renamed Rapid Bathams Ducati on the back of a big sponsorship deal with Rapid Solicitors'.

Additionally, Jenny Tinmouth will become the first woman to compete at BSB level after signing with Splitlath Aprilia, while the EVO class received a boost with the announcement that Simon Andrews will ride a Kawasaki for PR Racing

Whilst I am a massive fan of stalker, I don't think he will get the nod. Obviously Jon K is favourite (and in my opinion deserving) to pick up one and I wonder if crescent might just run 1 bike?
