Baz returns to SSTK at Magny-Cours

Former British Superbike racer Loris Baz returns to the FIM Superstock 1000 series for Magny-Cours.
British Superbike Championship 'refugee' Loris Baz has landed a return to the FIM Superstock 1000 series for his home event in Magny-Cours.

The Frenchman started the 2011 season racing for Motorpoint Yamaha in the British Superbike Championship, but financial issues forced him out of his ride after seven events.

Nonetheless, after riding the Monster Yamaha YART to third position in the recent World Endurance Championship Le Mans 24 Hours event, Baz will return to Superstock machinery with Ten Kate Racing Junior at Magny-Cours.

Baz, a former Superstock 600 rider, finished eighth in the 2010 Superstock 1000 standings last season riding Yamaha YZF-R1 for MRS Racing
