Hill aims for Knockhill repeat

"After missing out in the second race at Snetterton it makes you even hungrier – I wanted to go straight there!" - Tommy Hill.
Defending MCE British Superbike champion Tommy Hill heads for this weekend's fifth round at Knockhill just one-point from Josh Brookes and the title lead.

The Swan Yamaha rider will be aiming for nothing less than a repeat of his 2011 Scottish double on Sunday, as he seeks to banish memories of his second race Snetterton DNF due to an overheating engine.

“I am ready to go to Knockhill and hopefully we will get some sunshine as we always get good support from the local fans there. The round was a cracking one for me last year with a double win and hopefully we can have another good run,” he said.

“After missing out in the second race at Snetterton it makes you even hungrier – I wanted to go straight there! We know what we need to do and we are going to come out fighting.

“We need to try and stay ahead of the game and keep pushing on and hopefully we can be back on the top step of the podium for Swan Yamaha.”

Come on please. What a thing to say when he is in nearly all papers and websites every week. Think its more down to the scum posting negative comments and trying to gain reactions about a poven rider. Thats what more likely stop the comments. Its weird though that with every hill story a new name pops up speaking negativly that has not posted on any other storys about other riders/classes.. As they say any publicity is good publicity and hill certainly atracts new(suposedly) people to crash forums. Just a hunch but i bet when this site becomes regisrered only all snide remarks will stop!!!
