Josh Waters laps up UK circuits

British Superbike newcomer Josh Waters says he is 'ready to roll' after getting mileage under his belt at Donington Park, Brands Hatch and Snetterton.
Josh Waters feels he is beginning to get to grips with both his Milwaukee Yamaha and the British circuits after making steady progress during pre-season testing.

Despite contending with cold temperatures and inclement weather conditions, the Australian Superbike Champion was able to get some solid mileage at Donington Park, Brands Hatch and Snetterton.

Ready for the start of the season in less than two weeks' time at Brands Hatch, Waters was even happy to get the chance to ride the R1 in the rain.

"It has been good to ride three different circuits which is pretty cool for me as I don't know any of them! The weather might not have been great in terms of temperature, but at the same time it is good for me to get the feel of the bike in the dry so now I know it feels good in the damp and the wet conditions.

“I have been adapting to the Milwaukee Yamaha and I think we have made a good start to the season. I just have to keep plugging away and we will then be ready to roll!"
