Defending MCE British Superbike Champion Shane Byrne will be pushing as hard as ever for race wins in this weekend's Bank Holiday Monday round.

Victorious in three out of the four races this year, including a double last time at Thruxton, the PBM Kawasaki star has now won more races than any rider in BSB history.

The Englishman also holds an early 15-point cushion over Alex Lowes, although BSB's Showdown title format means nothing will be decided until the end of the season.
