MCE British Superbike Championship top two Alex Lowes and Shane Byrne are preparing to lock horns this weekend at Knockhill in Scotland.

Samsung Honda rider Lowes is aiming to maintain his slender one-point lead at the top of the series table after claiming a victory in round three at Oulton Park.

Lowes is the only rider to have finished on the rostrum in each race so far and is keen to maintain that momentum this weekend, where the young Lincolnshire man is bidding to win for the first time at Knockhill.

Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki rider Byrne has been victorious at Knockhill in the past but the defending BSB champion is anticipating a tough weekend at the 1.27-mile Scottish circuit.
