Steve Brogan will run his own team in the National Superstock 1000 Championship next season with Victor Cox and Adam Jenkinson leading the charge.

Brogan, a former Superstock 1000 champion, has opted for Kawasaki machinery and will contest the series under the Direct CCTV SBR banner.

"I am really excited at the prospect of being a team manager and with two such high calibre riders on the team I don't think it's unwise to suggest we will be at the front right away," said Brogan.

"With the help and support of Direct CCTV we want to be one of the names people are talking about in terms of the championship and I know both Adam and Victor have what it takes to secure the title in 2014."

Ross Burridge, Racing Co-ordinator for Kawasaki Motors UK, said he believed Brogan had signed 'two of the hottest prospects' in the championship.

"Steve was such an enthusiastic advocate of the Ninja this year that when he mentioned he wanted to manage a team it was logical he would use Kawasaki machinery," he said.

"In Adam and Victor he has chosen two of the hottest prospects for success in the coming season.

"We know that top teams had targeted both riders so it's a great vote of confidence for 'Brogie' and the ZX-10R that they have signed for Direct CCTV SBR Kawasaki."
