Martin Jessopp has added his name to a growing MCE British Superbike Championship entry list after confirming his intentions for the 2015 season

One of the series' more experienced riders, Jessopp will continue to ride a BMW S1000RR under the banner and comes into the 2015 season looking to bounce back from a shoulder injury sustained during the Isle of Man TT.

The Yeovil-based rider began the season brightly with points in the opening two rounds, but the injury would hamper progress thereafter. Nonetheless, he is confident a third year on the BMW will yield stronger results.

"I can't wait to get started - this is our third year with the BMW and everyone knows it's a proven package in the championship. Last year we were building up at the start of the season and then I got injured at the TT, which meant I missed some rounds and was recovering.

"I think that once we get testing underway we can build on the development we have done over the past two seasons to come back stronger. We have some improvements lined up to keep us moving forward so we can push further up the field. We have done it before and there is no reason why we can't do it again. It won't be easy but we will be pushing hard to make it happen."

Jessopp is already the 36th rider to be confirmed to the BSB grid for 2015.
