Milwaukee Yamaha has confirmed Broc Parkes will miss round eight of the MCE British Superbike championship at Cadwell Park due to his World Endurance Championship commitments.

The Australian rider was forced to sit out round seven at Thruxton due to swelling in his left arm, a knock-on effect from arm pump surgery, and is currently 19th in BSB riders' standings.

After recovering from the arm swelling Parkes has switched to World Endurance Championship duties with the YART Yamaha squad for the 8 hour race at Oschersleben in Germany.
