Zanotti confirms BSB campaign with Yamaha

Aaron Zanotti has confirmed he will return to the MCE British Superbike championship with a title sponsor expected to be announced.
Aaron Zanotti has confirmed he will return to the MCE British Superbike championship in 2016 with a title sponsor expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

After switching to Yamaha machinery last year for a maiden season with the new YZF R1, Zanotti is set for a second consecutive campaign and is keen to build upon the experience picked up in 2015.

Zanotti went extremely close to clinching his first points on the Yamaha last season with a best of 17th place in race one at Thruxton and is determined to find that extra step up this year with new parts which he will test out in Spain in March.

"Last year we had a learning season with the new Yamaha and throughout the season we continued to improve and so that makes this season even more exciting for us,” Zanotti said. “We have some updates to the bike for this season and so we are looking forward to getting testing underway when we head to Spain next month and see the improvements that we have made already. We are also looking forward to announcing our title sponsor later this month."
