The JG Speedfit Kawasaki squad has unveiled a fresh bike livery with Monster Energy sponsorship ahead of its championship assault in British Superbikes with the rider trio of James Ellison, Peter Hickman and Leon Haslam.

After securing full factory support from Kawasaki with the launch of the new ZX-10R the GBmoto Racing-prepared squad retains JG Speedfit title sponsorship while switching to Showa suspension and Brembo brakes for 2016, bringing the BSB team in line with the World Superbike Kawasaki Racing Team.

JG Speedfit Kawasaki expands its rider line-up for the new season with former World Superbike race winner Leon Haslam and fastest newcomer at the Isle of Man TT Peter Hickman joining James Ellison to complete the three bike formation.

After adapting to the new Kawasaki ZX-10R Haslam stole the headlines at the British Superbike collective test at Silverstone by topping the timesheet with his final lap of the day.

“We're incredibly proud to have Monster Energy come on board and support our campaign to win the 2016 MCE British Superbike Championship,” GBmoto Racing Team Principal Mark Smith-Halvorsen said. “The green and black claw adorns machines across all forms of motorsport and we look forward to representing them on our machines in the best way possible by running at the front.”
