2016 MCE British Superbike champions Be Wiser Ducati have confirmed the insurance company will remain as its title sponsor next season.

Shane Byrne stormed to an unprecedented fifth BSB title this season with nine wins on the new Ducati Panigale R and recently confirmed a new two-year deal Paul Bird's squad, while BSB rookie Glenn Irwin has also been retained on a one-year contract for 2017.

Bird's squad has also secured consistency with its title sponsors by retaining Be Wiser for next season and is confident the partnership with continue to reap success.

Be Wiser marketing director Andrew Dunkerley has reiterated Bird's sentiments and is relishing the new season in 2017.

"It was great to be involved with such a successful, enthusiastic and professional team and we're delighted to be back on board for 2017," Dunkerley said. "Our first year working with the team was thrilling and winning the championship certainly helped promote our name to a wider audience.

"Shakey is back on board with a two-year deal and we're already looking forward to a cracking new season."
