Mason excluded from both races.

Gary Mason has been disqualified from the results of race one and two after his bike was found to have breached technical regulations.

A huge disappointment for a rider that had been one of the stars of the weekend, it sees him lose both of his Daily Star Cup victories, as well as his sixth and ninth place finishes in the two races.

The reason for the exclusion was the breach of Article 5.2.3.6.19, which stated that the Camshaft on the Quay Garage Honda had a technical irregularity.

The team may compete at the next round of the Championship on condition that the motorcycle will be stripped after the second race at that event in order to confirm full compliance with the regulations.

Yeah, the lift on one lobe on a camshaft being a thou too big is really going to make him a cheating git and a crap rider... that's all it takes to get excluded.
