Neil Hodgson’s best season?


Former British and World Superbike champion Neil Hodgson has announced his retirement after reinjuring his shoulder during warm-up for his BSB comeback at the Brands Hatch season opener.

So which, from the list below, do you think was Hodgson's best racing season?

1995 - 11th in 500GP for WCM Yamaha, best race finish of seventh.
2000 - BSB champion with GSE Ducati and took two WSBK wins as a wild-card.
2001 - Fifth in WSBK for GSE Ducati, seven podiums, one win.
2002 - Third in WSBK for GSE Ducati, nine podiums, no wins.
2003 - World Superbike champion for Ducati Fila, 20 podiums, 13 wins.
