What nonsense from 'been there, done that'.
1. 'Why MotoRapido chose Ducati for 2012 is a mystery'. It might be to you son, but let me educate you - MotoRapido is a DUCATI DEALER in Winchester. Figured it out yet?
2. A twin without traction control is far easier to manage than a four without TC, and is always far more gentle on the tyres ... which is why Checa bides his time in WSB races & comes through at the end.
3. 'The RS engine is very expensive in race specification'. You haven't been keeping up have you? The old 999 was very expensive because it was so highly tuned. That was exactly why Ducati wanted to go to 1200 ... so they could cut costs and lower the level of tune. The cost of running a Duke today at BSB level is no more expensive than any Jap bike.
Really, I wish some of you knew what you were talking about if you want to post.
