It is indeed excellent to see a young lady win a British championship race, and as a low rung club racer I know exactly how good you need to be to even ride at national level. Guys, even if you're doing fast group trackdays it's still a big step up to racing. People give Jenny Tinmouth, Karl Harris etc a hard time but boy oh boy- they are fast. And those 'mobile chicanes' they call CRT? YOU try and keep up with one! They are fast as fxxk! BUT, for the sake of every young boy who has also won a 125 race lets keep some perspective. Catherine is fast and talented but so are plenty of other guys, so lets keep it in balance. Best of luck to everyone who steps up to the grid.
