Question for the discussion. With the ban for Superbikes testing in Europe does that include Assen? As it is a circuit for BSB does it count as a 'British' circuit when it comes to testing? The ban might have to be lifted in any case as Barry Simmonds (runs test days at a European circuit) has started a legal case claiming the ban is a breach of EU law regarding free trade across the union. If he is right (sounds kind of correct considering the principal of the common market) then I suppose you can either ban testing all together, allow then to go where they like or run a number of official tests that just happen to be at UK circuits.
