I was one of those that thought he would do ok and start coming good towards the mid-end of season. I never ever expected him to be up the sharp end so quickly. It looks like the Hopkins of 2007 is back. Unlucky for Easton, had it not been for Brooke's crash he would probably have won it. Alex Lowes is definitely a star of the future. One to watch for sure. But in all sincerity i truly believe had a fit Tommy Hill turned up this weekend he would have gone away with the double. Its a shame, i do hope he is ok for the next meet. BSB is starting to look exciting again....been awhile!

cracking race that was! Pleased for Hopkins, and he seems to be enjoying himself lots in BSB What about Brookes' crash, that was utterly terrifying to me sat on my couch, no idea how mental it was for Easton, to be overtaken by Brookes' bike sliding on its side into the chicane to the left, then seeing the thing almost land on top of him through the exit to the right. Feck that. Alex Lowes - what a ride early on! who could possibly not love the Lowes twins.....
