As with Gio it's the exact same with Matt. The minute they start getting shunted and knocked about, they whine like babies, yet when they do it 'it's just racing'

Never liked either of them, and it seems that Mr Jordan's attitude has changed this season since joining the Triple 8 team..I wonder where he is getting it from.

So when are they going to penalize Matt Neal for his antic's on the track. Not a race goes by without him giving someone a nudge. He is quite happy to use the tactics himself and whine like a spoilt kid when it happens to him.

I'm not for one minute going to say that Plato was blameless because he wasn't, but Matt Neal tends to use his position as a works driver to attempt moves that he knows the independent teams won't try in case it causes large amounts of damage that will heavily affect their budgets. He also likes to complain about other drivers, when it is well known he pulls similar moves, (he would have been furious if people had of used that move of his at Brand Hatch for a start to help him wide at the last corner)

Does Neal really think that all the drivers and independent teams actually like causing damage to their cars which then puts strains on the independent teams budgets?

I find it strange that JP has been penalised this week, and yet at the last BTCC outing, Neal shunted Plato several times up the rear, the last occasion being the last lap at the hairpin. He hit Plato so hard, it was only JP's car control that prevented a spin. Neal also hit Johnny Evan's Airwaves BMW, spinning him out and losing him about 12 places, and yet still no action was taken against Neal. Don't forget, the last meeting was in bone-dry conditions, unlike Sunday past.
Why the disparity? :?

I think these two drivers are flawed in there approach to racing. As others have already stated they don't like it up them. Mores the pity that Plato descibed the incident saying he was aquaplaning whilst simultaneously pushing Matt Neal off. Come on Jason we are not daft.

You also weren't driving, so you can't say he wasn't aquaplaning.

At the moment, I consider Rob Collard the worst driver in the field so far this year.

Regarding the Neal/Plato incident, yeah it was a mistake on Platos behalf, he misjudged his braking and he was right to get a penalty but what i can't understand is why Matt neals deliberate & reckless driving last time out at Oulton Park where in two very evident occassions he used other cars as as brake into the hairpin (he ruined adams race) wasn't penalised. Somethin needs to be done, not a race goes by now where Neal is not tipping another car off line or worse off the track e.g. Jelly's big smash at Donington. I think they need to employ some un-biased stewards at these races.

Plato admitted to making a mistake, Neal left the door open slightly, Plato misjudged it, BANG. Neal runs several people off the track, and it's a racing incident. When Neal gets a knock, all he does is moan about it!
If his driving was as good as his moaning, he would'nt have to knock people off the track every race

I may be biased, as I'm a huge JP fan, but I'm tired of Matt Neal's tactics... He barges anyone & everyone out the way when it suits him but they're always in the wrong... And if they hit him back they're the dirtiest drivers in the world!!

I've read him saying "what goes around comes around"... Damn true Mr.Neal - this weekend was the start of it coming back to you after all your years of doing that to Jason, & if that's the case there's loads more where that came from... :p
