For goodness sake let it go Alex. Gio has actually apologised to Herbert saying he was out of line for his outburst, which shows it was not Herbert's fault. Anyway, people have overturned bigger deficits so its not over by any means.

If it wasn't for Herbert we would have an even more exiting race with a much closer points gap

That reason is......

To punt people off the track isn't it?

That's all touring car drivers seem to do.
Couldn't make a clean pass if they tried.

I will be glad to see the back of him at the end of this season ( rumour of a drive in the seat tdi next year in wtcc) I know you cant deny he has talent but its his comment about herbert that make me mad. what gives gio the right to say these comments about herbert, johnny is by far a better driver. Gio just like throwing toys out the pram when he doesnt get things his own way. I hope turks kicks his ass.

Let see what happens, I'm sure Plato and Jackson will do their best to punt half the field of the track.

Mind you if it wasn't for the prangs it would even more boring, the cars and racing have sucked for yonks thanks to Alan Gow.

He has admitted that he was wrong to critise Herbert. I guess he sat down a watched the replay, and with hindsight realised that the incident netween him and Herbert was just a normal racing incident. Fair play to Gio for coming out and admitting he was wrong.

If anyone did not find that last race at Rockingham exciting then you should not be a touring car fan, panel bashing happens yes, but this is touring cars and its nearing the end of the season, stuff like this happens, contact happens, who cares about clean passing in touring cars, its TOURING CARS, watch season reviews for gods sake and count the clean overtakes over the rubbing racing, and if you want clean over taking go watch single seaters, Contact in touring cars is what makes it exciting, the close racing and the chemistry between rival drivers. Does it matter of Gio had an outburst or whatever, he apologized and Herbert was just racing, let them get on with it, Plato for title!!

Not sure the moaners here have ever watched a race, the racing this season has been fantastic to sit at a race track and hear the crowd cheer and chant like at a football match as at Rockingham and others this year is amazing. As for Gio and Herbert I dont think Gio should apologize, stick to his guns and let them both blaze it out on the circuit! And yes with door mirrors flying!
