Why don't they at least use the Silverstone International circuit, instead of the National, if not the full GP circuit...

Also, the should swap the Brands rounds around, have the Indy first, then finish the season with the GP circuit, great way to end the year.

oulton park fosters track would be good, the island loop is boring and the cars are only visible on this loop to a handful of spectators

I agree Andy... Oulton Park fosters track would be a great addition, in stead of using that pointless hairpin... for 15 secs extra per lap can use the great fosters bend!! cant remember last time they used that! also what about the new Pembrey circuit????

Maybe, drop Donington now to give time for a alternative circuit to be found, as I'm sure it will be a building site still in Sep! They will be trying to convince evryone it will be ready for the 2011 British Grand Prix.

What a dump! It's one round I would never go to!

Pembrey is very near to where I live the championship came twice to the venue in the 90's.
It is a great track with the right amount of bends and a good straight.
The problem back then and now is a complete lack of room for the paddock and the facilities are extremely poor.
Which is a shame as most top drivers have said it is one of the best places they have raced.

AndyHew01: Having seen the Anglesey circuit (not with a race on it), the paddock is no way near big enough to cater for 20+ BTCC teams just tyre lorries as well as the hundreds of support race lorries and their tyre suppliers.

And access is pretty awful as well - the track and layout would be good for a BTCC race though.

Looks like Donington's definately off.
They have lost the Grand Prix and the circuit is unuseable. They are also pennyless.
