Great to see Andy racing again after that accident.
I don't know why people get so hung up on manufacturers deserting the BTCC. Last year was the best season of the last decade and we only had 1 manufacturer. There are plenty of good independent teams and quality drivers that should make 2010 another great season

Manufacturer involvement tends to ruin championships like BTCC. That is why we have the current situation.
BMW, SEAT, Vauxhall, Ford and the rest, pile in, send costs sky high, win or don't win a title, clear off again and leave the 'real' teams high and dry with the rump of a championship. The organisers fall for it too, changing the regs to suite the big spending factory teams. It happens everytime. Look at WTCC and what SEAT have done to that.

Money rather than talent got this drive. The guy is useless, last time I saw him race he was running around in last place and way off the pace in the Seat Leon cup a few years ago...
