@ Me Ivanees
Did you realise yours was the first comment on any of the BTCC articles/results etc this whole weekend?
Does that not say something about the demise of this series?

Guys, if you don't like BTCC, JUST DON'T WATCH IT! Period. If we use that logic, the World Rally Championship is dead too, because exactly FIVE people commented on Rally Jordan, compared to a gazillion that said anything about F1 from China.

Today we had 3 cracking, dramatic and somewhat chaotic races, heroic antics by the teams, and a big crowd! So go figure and watch mud wrestling, prize fishing or whatever else might be a drag for you. THX!

Some decent racing overall today, although the driving standards of some were a bit shoddy, never expected Nash to be leading the championship.

This must be the only place I know where people spend the time to post about something they don't like... obviously have nothing better to do. Other than the F1 section of the Crash site, there seem to be a lot less posts than there used to be, so it's more likely to be people fed up of the rubbish being posted on here by people who are supposedly adults as to why there are less comments.

I was highly critical of Brands for its boring races and lack of overtaking..

Wow, today was brilliant!

Action packed, Plato getting what he deserved for a career of dirty driving!

MacDowell the other cheat failing to win R3, and Neal having poor races.

The sport is definately not dying, this year has record grids, times have changed thats all, for all the people who write who cares, you obviously care enough, to know when the races are, log on and write a comment. Maybe is jealousy setting in.

Touring cars are brilliant, and will get better over the next few years, especially when the regs change to increase the power to 350 bhp, i think thats due in 2013????

kiko "plato getting what he deserved...". what a pathetic comment. nobody in their right mind would wish any driver such an accident, caused mainly by another drivers error, and by a poorly designed safety bank. plato may not be the cleanest driver, but neither is he the dirtiest. i guess that you do not really want to see cut-throat racing??

richard, take the chevvy hat off for a minute and actually open your eyes.

Plato and MacDowell both use the cars in front as brakes, pushing them wide. That isn't overtaking, thats showing a lack of talent.

If you can't get up the inside of somebody, and instead have to push people wide to get the pass then you aren't a fair driver.

kiko, sorry but i dont particularily like chevy /daewoo, so it is nothing to do with a team or otherwise. it is just that i think it uncharitable for you to say a driver deserves a serious crash. i would say the same no matter who you made the remark against, be it neal, collard, chilton etc etc
