Other posters have summed it up perfectly, total hypocrisy from the guy who in order to win a race once punted his own team mate Yvan Muller so hard that Muller refused to shake hands on the podium. I also like the fact that he criticises new drivers for not obeying rules, whilst conveniently forgetting that three of the most experienced drivers (Plato, Collard & Neal) are often guilty of dirty driving.

Rather like smokers who give up then become the most avid detractors of smoking Mr Plato appears to have had a similar conversion. Will it last? If Neal spouts in the same way then I will believe there's a change in the air.Now all we need is the Clerk of the Course to come down hard on bad driving and we should see some good CLEAN racing.May I suggest that team's budgets should be limited and deposited with the organisers then if spent before season end that team is out - could
make folks think twice? Or would not like this as it "spoils" the spectacle?

May 16, 2011 8:59 AM Are all of Plato's 'interviews' going to be sponsored by Karcher from now on? I only ask because the ad breaks makes these rants even harder to swallow.

You will always find Plato complaining about something.

He blames other drivers for his off but when he knocks other off its their fault.

He blames the rules when others are faster. He did nothing but complain about the LPG cars last year (yet he won the championship), and this year the NGTC cars because they seem faster. A few years ago he wasn't complaining when he had an advantage in the Seat TDi.........

If he not winning he's whinging...........

Plato has missed the point. His off was a simple racing incident. His problem was more the fact that the run-off area didn't slow him down so he spat into the back and rolled over.

Compared to the V8 Supercars I've been watching, BTCC is going a bit soft. Man up, Jason!

He should let his driving do the talking - he is becoming a joke. Did you see him moaning in 2008 when the Seat TURBO diesel was passing people on the straights? DO BMW complain on TV (apart from **** Dastardlys little rant), he should have done what Motorbase did and switch to a car that has a turbo.
Chevvy have a choice, develop a turbo engine and homologate it, leave the series or put up and shut up.
I used to rate Plato - he is turning people off not on. If he thinks it will fold without him then please explain James Thompson and Fabrizio Gio to me???
