Proper crap for AMD, the Golf looked as if it was coming along nicely, especially with Cole. I hope it doesn't stall in development, as it looks like a car that could be great, and the global focus, doesn't look the best in performance. I hope i'm wrong..........

keech998, yeah gotta agree on all fronts, the statement from Chilton should be 'neither andy neate nor i can set up the new focus to run faster than the old one so we need someone to come save us from the middle of the pack'. Good for Tom OC, shows the improvement step on the golf was partly down to him and ford miss his technical input, like keech says, ford have gone backwards since the opening rounds so need a boost (geddit? boost, eh?) :D

Tom should never have "left" Aon after the way he drove last season but we all know the reason he did.

Be honest Tom outshone Chilton all season but doing this in a team that is set up & funded by Chilton's dad was never going to earn him a contract renewal but now that the results are no longer there they look to what they had.

I think OC deserves a faster car but i don't like a team having 3 cars. It makes the teams championship seem pointless, they should have to at least do it like the repsol hondas in motogp where the first and 3rd bikes get the points.

@Lee It doesn't matter AON having 3 cars, Andy Neate has none at the moment and probably won't get any all year so his contribution won't matter. It'll be like a 2 car team again :)

Ummm Matt jackson seems to do the business more often really but I don't follow it closely enought to know the ins and outs of why the airwaves car seems to be better setup.

Top marks to Sheddon for keeping his cool and Jason Plato...jeeez, it's not X-factor, I like Jason but that rant.......

i think it's outrageous! It makes a mockery of everything that Tom Onslow-Cole has said about AMD and shows he had no commitment to them pr their sponsors! Shaun Hollamby has been very gracious in speaking about Tom's departure and that is highly commendable. Let's hope that when AMD replace TOC at Snetterton for the 2nd half of the season they beat the AON cars. That will be a right kick in the teeth for Tom Onslow-Cole and let's face it, that's what he deserves.

I would have liked to see TOC say Thanks to AMD Militek, for taking him in and giving him a drive, after Ford AON kicked him out.!! I hope next time he looses a drive, he gets a bit more humble to the next team that take him in!!. Go VW AMD Militek, you get my support..

What about all the fans of Tom's who signed up to who sponsor the AMD Miltek team? He hasnt even passed a comment regarding AMD just AON this AON that? Tom Chilton this Tom Chilton that! Pathetic!
