Funny how Jason is never sure about what he should say then always know's EXACTLY what to say- a past master at manipulating the media...
Always the victim he seems to think- he's handed out more than his fair share of moves like when Boardman did nothing but 'rub' him.
I don't remember him complaining about the turbos when he was winning races and championships during their development- go and ask Andy Jordan what he thinks Jason...

Wonder how Plato felt getting beat by a car he used to drive a few years back.

Looks like a two horse race for the title, Matt Jackson should have just stayed in bed today :p

I was there yesterday and it was great racing.

As for Plato I watched his interview, it went 'Moan, moan, whinge, moan, whinge...... thos turbo cars are too fast'.

He needs to get a life. His Chevvy could have one of those turbo engines in it, but they chose not too.

He also mentioned the LPG cars last year and how everyone was on his side. But failed to mention his advantage when he had the TD Seat.

so, when plato rubs another car to unsettle it, it is fair game, but when someone does it to him, it is different. it was a slight rub, not a ramming as some posters are saying. there was no damage to toms car or jasons car, FROM THE RUB.
taz, isnt toms car a petrol engined turbo? jason didnt race one of these, as far as i am aware.

No, Jason drove a TDi Seat. But never complained about his power advantage back then.

Agree that there was minimal contact and that Plato gives as good as he gets and then some.

I think its Platos own fault, they haven't improved last years car and have fell behind the pack who moved to the Turbo engine. They are now hoping that Alan Gow will fix it for him again for about the 5th time this year.

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong (I probably am!) but did Alan Gow not promise parity between the best turbo and best non turbo car? If this is the case then surely the benchmark for the best non turbo should be Rob Collard and not Jason PLato? Rob Collard has been flying at the past couple of races.
