@Kiko. What I saw in race 2 was the BMW trying to force his way down the inside of the MG from behind at the entry to the chicane. Plato simply held his ground and speed and racing line. Why shouldn't he? After all he was in front of the BMW wasn't he. It's not Plato's fault that the BMW attempted an impossible manouvre! Yes I will stick to watching bikes, it's way more exciting and the riders respect each other way more. The skill levels are in a different class! They've got to be otherwise they'd be dying every race. Put it this way, you don't see any over weight or unfit bike racers like you do in BTCC and other 4 wheeled racing! You've got to be on top of your game when it comes to bikes! I only watched the race to see the MGs.

The driving standards are plain disgusting in the BTCC and unfortunately those of us that race in club series have to put up with them too as newcomers think that if its done in the BTCC its acceptable. The photo on the left is a prime example...at our briefing at the weekend we were told the MSA are getting really strong on corner cutting and the four wheels off rules. If thats not corner cutting I don't know what is...some consistency would be nice as well as cleaning it up. Its an embarrasment frankly.

Plato clearly did wrong in race 2, he had 2 big thumps into the side of collards BMW which was giving him room. Plato wanted to shove him off and failed.

Rossi stoned, if you can't see that I suggest you stick to watching the bikes.

I saw the first race where Jackson used Plato's brakes to make the entry into the chicane. If Jackson had braked the way he did with no-one in front of him he would have been in the gravel and race over! Jackson cheated and should have been penalised for this manouvre. It cost Plato the race. In the second race Plato did nothing wrong. He was in front of the BMW and on the racing line. Again, it was Plato who became the victim here as Sheddon deliberately flipped him. Good to see the MG name doing well in a major event anyway!

Did the same thing not happen to Plato in the first race though? I know it wasn't Shedden, but Jackson did exactly the same thing so should be penalised for that if Plato is for the Shedden incident.

He might not... Plato's view of the incident was somewhat distant from the truth, if the cameras and my eyes are to be believed. The top drivers are all a bit dramatis regina when they get shoved off but Shedden did have a point.
BTCC is quite good at karma though....
