Plato only closed in thanks to Honda once again being pegged back. I'm not a Honda, Neal or Shedden fan, in fact I've been a Plato fan for many years. But the way the "equalisation" of the BTCC is being handled, it appears that everything is being shaped to benefit Plato and MG.

bobby. not a fan of plato, but honda are not being pegged back. plato has only won two races this year...how many have honda won?
plato was nerfed off by neal (funny, no penalty, possibly due to plato getting one back on him?)
and then honda ran one of their cars light?
how is all that platos fault?

Richard, I think you kind of miss the point:
1) A crash is never Plato's fault
2) He always whinges about the late development of his cars (it's never his fault the championship is lost)
3) He has previously admitted bumping another driver out of the way so he could get past
4) He deliberately drove Matt Neal straight off the track on Sunday in race 2.
5) He should not have retaliated against Neal, and he should have been punished for doing so - even though Matt initiated some contact earlier, Matt did not force Jason off the track

Honda have built a better car, so why shouldn't they be winning more?

Honda have been pegged back, as all other cars received another boost increase prior to Snetterton.

Thanks for ignoring my point and making this about the petty squable between Neal and Plato, who are both as bad as each other.

LPlato leads for the whole race with full ballast and is still able to pull away 2 or 3 car lengths. The Neal get second and platos tyres start to fall away allowing Neal to catch him up. Plato can see what's happening and on the final lap on the final couple of corners he tries to be clever and brakes super early to back everyone up and because Plato braked early Neal gently taps him coursing Plato to go in half spin, Plato gets upset his plan didn't work and blatantly fires Neal off.

Would you rather all cars running 1 bar of boost and Honda win every race?
I for one was happy for newsham winning a race

Neal and Plato race 2 tit for tat,but Neal does that a lot to unsettle the car so he can get past, always see him do this at Branshatch in the last corner, and if you are in rwd car you got to lift off the gas

haha what a joke if you were a true btcc fan you'd know that "rubbin is racing" has only become present since Platos return in 2004 before that it was a lot cleaner than it is now, if it carries on i really cant see it surviving for long. Also if its allowed to carry on and they get away with it with a talking to like Plato and Neal did then eventually something will happen which will result in the death of a driver or spectator(s). But hey what do we know we're only fans our view doesnt count at all when it comes to BTCC the organisers couldnt care less what the real fans think.
