Shedden had his places swapped with Goff post race three for overtaking under yellows, and I believe Rob Austin was excluded from the race two results for his collision with Foster.

Interestingly Collard had a lot to say regarding the Hondas driving standards post race three. There are reports elsewhere that there was an altercation between Collard and Steve Neal in the pit lane after the race. I don't particularly like either of them if I'm honest, but I think in this instance Collard may have been justified. The Honda boys seem to be getting more confident with their new car, and beginning to throw their weight around again, much like the last few seasons. Late on the brakes, a tap on the rear and a push to pass. It's a shame really, as driving standards to date this year have been reasonable amongst the top end of the field.

Something needs to be done about the run off at Church. Several high speed crashes into the trees, and a "barrier" that quite literally beggars belief as to how Thruxton can claim to hold races with all reasonable measures taken to protect drivers, marshalls and spectators. It could easily have resulted in serious injury to drivers and/or marshalls. A proper barrier and deep gravel trap on the outside of Church seems the only reasonable solution. Tarmac run off will not slow cars in the events of mechanical failures, as with Belcher and Jackson this weekend.

Cheeky gut feeling this year will be Turkingtons or Jordans

Collard was tapped a couple of times by the Hondas but what he did to Matt Neal was brutal. he just drove him of the track. A little Red Mist I think.

A good weekend for Turkington, Shedden and Jordan. Not so good for Neal and Plato.
