Doesn't time fly when you're having fun? And, as usual, no-one seems to have had more fun this year than the BTCC grid and the series' fans.

Once again, Britain's premier tin-top series treated us to some robust racing, controversial car-handling and unpredictable outcomes, but the series went to the wire as usual before Gordon Shedden emerged as champion for the second time in his career.

As drama goes, however, the season finale saw the Scot start as favourite and fade to outsider before charging back to claim the crown, and that naturally meant disappointment for others, notably Jason Plato and Matt Neal, as well as out-going champion Colin Turkington, who ran away with this vote last season.

Shedden won four races during the course of the year, a figure trumped by Plato's seven, but there were eleven different winners across the year, including Neal, Turkington, Andrew Jordan, Rob Collard, Adam Morgan, Jack Goff, Sam Tordoff, Andy Priaulx and Mat Jackson.

Turkington edged Plato for the Independents' title, while Josh Cook claimed the Jack Sears Trophy, so you're not short of options when it comes to voting. The poll offers you the chance to rate each driver out of ten, with the average determining the top ten countdown, which we will reveal later this month.
