BTCC legends set for Silverstone.

Silverstone has revealed a list of the legends and past champions from the HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championship who will come together during the penultimate round of the season to celebrate 50 years of BTCC competition.

The drivers will take part in a number of meet-and-greet sessions on race day (31 August) while the drivers will also take part in a historic parade lap which is scheduled to take place – timetable permitting – at 12.30pm on race day.

The cars will also be on show in a special area in the paddock, with a 1996 Audi A4 and modern-day cars from both Team Halfords and SEAT Sport UK also being added to the list – ensuring the display will cover the five decades of BTCC racing.
