There is still time to enter our joint initiative with Pirtek Racing to find Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) star Andrew Jordan a grid girl for the curtain-raising outing on the 2010 calendar at Thruxton in Hampshire over Easter weekend in April – and we also need your votes to help to decide who should win!
Pirtek is joining the BTCC this year with a Vauxhall Vectra for highly-rated young gun Jordan, who will be entering his third campaign in the hotly-contested, tremendously popular tin-top series – and aiming to add to the haul of silverware that he has already collected, courtesy of an impressive brace of podium finishes for Team Eurotech during his 'rookie' season in 2008 and three more for VX Racing in 2009.
That success last year, indeed, is testament to the fact that the 20-year-old and his eye-catchingly liveried Vectra are a force to be reckoned with indeed and are sure to feature right up at the sharp end of proceedings over the coming months – and here is your opportunity to get up close as an integral part of the team's challenge!
For a chance to win, all you have to do is send in a picture of yourself together with a short paragraph (no more than 100 words) explaining why you should be chosen, to be published on Crash.net
. The winner will be selected on Friday, 19 March. To e-mail in your picture and text, click here
