BTCC pairing James Kaye and James Nash are to join forces for an entry into the Dubai 24 Hours next month.
The pair will be two of the drivers at the wheel of the Honda Integra which Kaye used for the final two rounds of the BTCC campaign at Donington Park and Brands Hatch.
The car will be entered into the A2 class and run by WRC Developments.
“I'm thrilled that this deal has come off and in particular I would like to thank Triple Eight's Sales Director Kevin Connor who put it all together,” Nash said having signed up for the event. “It's like Christmas come early for me and I can't wait to get behind the wheel again. It'll be the first time that I will have raced at night and also the first time for me in an endurance race so having James Kaye's experience to call upon will be a great help.
“The entry list is amazing and ranges from Porsche 911's and Ferrari 430's that race at Le Mans to Renault Clio's and even diesel fuelled BMW 120's. Speed differentials should be interesting and track action lively given that there will be 90 cars competing.”
