Inside BTCC: Get ready to rumble

A bumper issue of Inside BTCC looks ahead to the 2013 BTCC season as the action gets underway at Brands Hatch
It doesn't seem like five minutes since Gordon Shedden was crowned 2012 BTCC champion but suddenly the time has arrived for him to start the defence of his title, with the 2013 campaign getting underway this weekend at Brands Hatch.

Shedden will be keen to defend the title he won for the first time last year, but Honda team-mate Matt Neal, MG's Jason Plato, the returning Colin Turkington and Airwaves Racing's Mat Jackson are all eager to knock the Scottish star from the top of the pile.

They aren't the only ones chasing glory in 2013 either, with the likes of Rob Collard, Rob Austin, Aron Smith, Frank Wrathall and Dave Newsham all hoping to challenge for a spot on top of the podium.

Ahead of the new season, Inside BTCC has taken a look at the drivers who will fight it out on track this year while there is an interview with Alan Gow, and features on eBay Motors and Airwaves Racing as part of a bumper 2013 season preview…
