Tom Ingram has become the third driver on the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship grid to be named as part of the BRDC's SuperStars scheme ahead of his debut season in the series.

Ingram, who will race for Speedworks this season in a Toyota Avensis having clinched the Ginetta GT Supercup title last year, will join fellow BTCC racers Sam Tordoff and Jack Goff amongst the 14 drivers to earn a place on the scheme.

"It is a tremendous accolade and honour to be selected as a BRDC SuperStar," Ingram said. "The BRDC is such a prestigious and exclusive club, and having been one of its Rising Stars since 2011, I feel immensely proud to have been promoted another step up the ladder towards full membership.
