Andrew Jordan produced a fine drive to take his first Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship win of the season in race two at Donington Park.

Jordan made his move for the lead after an early Safety Car spell following a clash between James Kaye and David Nye; taking the lead from race one winner Gordon Shedden at Redgate and then romping away at the head of the pack.

SHeden was able to hold second for much of the race before heavy pressure from Jason Plato eventually paid off as the MG man made a brave move down the Craner Curves stick.

Plato, who had earlier pulled a similar move on Matt Neal, therefore took second spot in his 400th race with Shedden third and Neal fourth; the Honda man completing his 500th race.

Adam Morgan picked up his second fifth place finish of the day ahead of Sam Tordoffm with the top ten completed by Dave Newsham, Aron Smith, Colin Turkington and Tom Onslow-Cole.

The Team HARD driver will now start race three from pole after sportscar racer David Brabham carried out the reverse grid draw.

In the Jack Sears Trophy, Lea Wood took victory as the only S2000 driver running at the finish.
