Colin Turkington doubles up at Oulton Park as BMW take another BTCC one-two with Rob Collard taking second.
As was the case with opening race the two BMW's maintained their supremacy as the pair led the field home by over five-seconds.
This time it was the Audi of Rob Austin who proved to be the first of the resistance and defiantly held of the charging MG of Jason Plato and Honda's Gordon Shedden to take his first podium of the year.
Next up was Mat Jackson, who for most of the race ran seventh, but a final corner move on MG's Sam Tordoff gave the Airwaves man his best result of the day in sixth.
BTCC rookie Tom Ingram, ever present in the top-ten, opportunistically followed Jackson's Airwaves Focus through for seventh while the VW of Aron Smith also took advantage of the situation and demoted Tordoff to an eventual ninth place finish.
Alain Menu couldn't quite capitalise on the events occurring in front of him but managed his best result of the weekend so far in tenth.
Andrew Jordan, now having lost his once relatively healthy, failed again to feature in the top ten but did improve to also turn his best result of the Oulton weekend albeit in eleventh.
Honda's Matt Neal sharing a similarly turbulent weekend with Jordan followed the Pirtek Civic in twelfth by three-hundredths of a second.
