Team BMW's Colin Turkington produces a mesmerising fightback from 15th on the grid to win the penultimate round of the 2017 British Touring Car Championship to blow the title race wide open at the Brands Hatch finale.

The former two-time champion arrived into the penultimate race of 2017 24-points behind championship leader Ashley Sutton but has slashed the gap down to just six-points with just one race to go.

Having started the race in 15th position, Turkington began to pick the leading pack off at will as the race move into its second half and eventually made his way past long-term race leader Aiden Moffat on lap 13.

In contrast, Sutton was unable to produce the same performance he managed in the opening race and dropped further down the pack in 12th position.

Honda duo Gordon Shedden and Matt Neal completed the remainder of the podium order ahead of Mat Jackson in fourth and Moffat, who eventually dropped to fifth.
