Andrew Jordan stepped up to the BTCC looking to try and repeat the form he showed in his Rallycross exploits at the wheel of a Ford Focus run by former champion Will Gollop.
The youngster had only limited experience of track racing from outings in Ginettas and Clios but was able to celebrate two trips to the podium during a strong debut season.
