With ref to comment by Martin? why is it headline news that Macdowall is ahead of Plato? It's obvious he is a talented driver to be in the team and in the same car! As for Plato dont forget he is carrying 36 kilos ballast! Check out who else is carrying ballast, and where they are on the grid? You will then see it's not "headline News" lets see where they finish the race and then comment!

Uniq pulled their sponsorship from Triple 8, which was originally a one-race deal, meaning that neither Gio or Phil Glew can race for them this weekend. James Nash brings his own money. McDowall ahead of Plato is the real headline story
