Well, thank you Toto for stating the blatantly obvious, tell us what we don't know. This doesn't really tell us anything perhaps if and when you discover the root cause of the problem you can share this by announcing it. Giving a pep talk about complacency doesn't give the fans confidence neither, you may want to say we have initiated an intensive and comprehensive investigation to try and attain an answer to our current over heating problems and anticipate a solution as we progress forward. Also some kind of deadline as to when this will happen would be nice.

captain birdseye according to sky, Pirelli will not be changing the compounds, instead deciding to revert to last years construction. this will affect all cars, due to softer sidewalls, but I reckon that merc will be the biggest beneficiaries of this. personally, I thought that the compounds were the problem and should be changed, but apparently not. no change until Canada.

Notwithstanding the supposedly experienced commentators of SKY they are certainly feeding some real BS to their followers, this could be as a result of the lack of chose for following F1, but that should not be an excuse for one with years of Experian's following F1 to be able to make his own mind up.
According to the rules unless on safety grounds the 2012 tyres cannot be reverted too, the construction cannot be changed.
Another fine example of the SKY commentary is the way they turned Lulu's comment (I cannot drive any slower) into a tyre bashing, Lulu's comment was as a result of his disregard for the information his engineer was feeding him about Rosberg's doings on track, a result of one hundred percent friction at Mercedes driver department.

Nico should talk with this guy and let him know that it has been the same since Merc came back to the grid. Their car eats any tire you put on it.
