What a spanking. Don't come talking about testing sessions either because he just ripped nearly half a second out of his own team mate.

Lewis Hamilton: STILL the fastest single lap driver in F1.

"Lewis Hamilton: STILL the fastest single lap driver in F1."

First of all, I disagree.

Second of all, where does he pick up his trophy for that??

As I've said a million times in the past but it seems yet to sink in, especially with Hamilton fans - F1 GP's are usually slightly longer than 1 lap...

snowman. who has the most ftds in all the races over the last 4years? hint....its not lulu!

ok, in quali, he can get some poles, but that doesn't mean that he is the fastest one lap merchant!

So you think it's Vettel, on the basis that he has the best overall quali results the last 4 years? Do you not think the car might have had something to do with that?

I think an argument can be made for Vettel. To me he's the second fastest over a single lap. Hamilton has dominated his team-mates more impressively in qualifying, by a second or more in some cases, and they are (supposedly) of superior quality that Vettel's, two of them being past WDC.
