WRC » Sordo disappointed with distant fifth in Finland

Fifth place for Dani Sordo in the 2013 Rally Finland might have been a decent result on paper, but the Spaniard was still less than happy with how the race had gone.

Well lets be Blunt here, on pace alone he was Lucky to make the Top 10, half of the Top 10 had problems and this is why he finished 5th

He started the season saying he wanted 1 more full season to prove himself, well I don't think he needed a Full season - lol

Out gunned by Kris Meeke who hasn't been to Finland in 7 years and hasn't done a WRC event in 18 months. That maybe down to Kris rather than Sordo but it certainly didn't do the Spaniard any favours

Maybe Citroen will once again Replace Sordo on the Gravel Rallies for the rest of the season as they did in his last year when Ogier was chosen over Sordo to score points on Gravel Rallies before Sordo left Citroen

Im Sure Meeke would be a valued asset to Citroen with a proper drive with testing that was specific to the Rally coming up

Sordo has always Blown Hot and Cold, its a shame to see his pace once again suffer, perhaps it is too late for him to win on Asphalt now

Several Times in the past he was ordered to slow down and drop back behind Loeb on Asphalt and was told that he would get his chance in the future, it never came.

I think this is his last season for sure, its just a shame that as a Driver he could of won several WRC Events and now with time running out for him he faces Retirement from the WRC without a win. Very Sad for him. It wasn't Fair.
