This looks like it will be a good race. McLaran and Ferrari are both running strong. May the best man win and hopefully the stewards will sit on their hands and not ruin the show. It is one thing to have uniform regulations, quite another to have a rare pass penalized. Passing is actually fun to watch, Charlie!

& Geno ... your solution to F1's lack of overtaking is to let the driver choose if he wants to follow the track - or just take a few short cuts where there's a chicane or 2 that he doesn't feel like using?

I think they should allow 9-cyl engines for slower drivers in addition to the right to cut corners.

it's boring when geno tries to pass on perceived conspiracies even before the race is run. it paves the way for an excuse if their team doesn't win the gp even before it is run. obviously sportsmanship is dead with that poster. but i agree that it was a rare pass. he was the only one who tried it because everyone else knew it was illegal to do it that way!

if the slower cars were allowed 9 cylinders would that make them run faster? you obviously don't have a clue on the engineering aspects of cars do you? try the lh fan website and leave the f1 site to the real f1 fans. and yes, lewis hamilton should be allowed to cut corners if that's the only way he wins.

So Ellen thinks Lewis should be allowed to cut corners thus she admits he is a slower driver.

On reflection, I think that Lewis should be given a half-lap head start, so there is no chance of him taking others off the track. Go Lewis, go!
