WSS: Dogfight produces home 1-2.

Former world champion Andrew Pitt won a close Supersport race at Phillip Island as countryman Josh Brookes passed two men on the last lap to finish second.

 3 people agree.

Now that was a proper race. Motogp and Superbkes could learn a lesson or two

British Eurosport shows a lot more bike racing. I could be wrong, but it was not on their "continental" program yesterday.

Anyway, pity I missed it but the Crash article is quite "relive" so I got a feel for it.. ;)

Look out WSS now Brookesy has had a year on a couple of crap bikes and now Knows the tracks he will be racing at he is gonna kick some butt. You haven't seen anyone who can get his bike so sideways. Now he is on a decent bike I know where my money will be going. I wonder what odds for top five in the championship all aussies

That was a fab race - up there with some of the best! yes, I too set my Sky+ hoping to enjoy the race at my leisure on Sunday morning, but only got the 1st few laps. Saw the repeat later. A fantastic scrap, and with the Triumph joining in later, brill for the Brits.

More of the same please.
