Troy Corser was not a wrong rider, but he is not the guy pushing
too much on a bike that is less than 98%.
I'm quite sure somebody like Bayliss or Xaus could manage a win
with the Petronas.

I agree to a point Guy 1098. Troy Corser was brought in to develope the bike to the point where he could reap the rewards. The downside was he often didn't push the bike
when he felt like he wasn't going to get a result. In the end it was a catch 22 situation. I watched the behind the scenes programme of the teams first years and I have to say I wasn't impressed with Carl Fogarty's attitude to the project. Often it seemed like he would be only too keen to take the money and "be the face" but when it came down to it, he wasn't bothered.
